Terms of Use
Effective July 30, 2026. By using Motogrounds, you agree to these terms.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Motogrounds ("the Site"), operated at motogrounds.com. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The service
Motogrounds provides a motorcycle marketplace, shop directory, route guides, blog, and related community features. We are a platform — not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for verifying listings, meeting sellers in safe locations, and inspecting vehicles before purchase.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
3. User content
By submitting listings, reviews, blog posts, route guides, shop suggestions, or other content, you grant Motogrounds a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Site. You represent that you own or have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Prohibited content includes, without limitation:
- Fraudulent, misleading, or stolen-goods listings
- Spam, malware, or automated scraping
- Harassment, hate speech, or illegal material
- Content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights
4. Marketplace transactions
Motogrounds does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the condition of motorcycles, or the conduct of users. All sales are between buyer and seller. Follow local laws regarding title transfer, registration, and taxes. Never send payment before inspecting a vehicle in person unless you fully accept the risk.
5. Intellectual property
The Motogrounds name, logo, site design, and original editorial content are owned by Motogrounds or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission.
6. Advertising
The Site may display third-party advertisements, including through Google AdSense. Advertisers are responsible for their own content. Our Privacy Policy describes how data may be used for advertising.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. MOTOGROUNDS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY TRANSACTION WITH OTHER USERS.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
